Service credit terms

These Service Credit Terms ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and dicehub GmbH (or our affiliates) and cover your purchase, receipt, or use of any credits redeemable for our services ("Service Credits"). Definitions of capitalized terms not provided in these Terms are as described in the service agreement that governs your use of our services (the "Agreement").

dicehub GmbH may offer the opportunity to prepay for certain services by purchasing credits ("Prepaid Service Credits"). These credits represent your advance payment for future service usage. Additional conditions may be applicable to specific services.

dicehub GmbH might also issue Service Credits at no cost as part of promotional activities ("Promo Service Credits"). Promo Service Credits cannot be applied against any sales, use, gross receipts, or similar transaction-based taxes that you might be liable for.

Service Credits are neither legal tender nor currency; they cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for cash or monetary value; they have no fiat currency equivalent; they cannot replace fiat currency; nor do they grant any personal property rights. Service Credits are non-transferable and are exclusively for use with the specified service.

All transactions, including those involving prepaid services, are definitive. Service Credits are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase or issuance, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Your Service Credit balance can be checked in your dicehub GmbH account. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct amount of Service Credits has been credited or debited from your balance. This balance does not constitute a bank account, digital wallet, stored value account, or payment instrument.

Any attempts to transfer, sell, gift, or trade Service Credits are prohibited and unrecognized by dicehub GmbH. Any evidence of such activities may lead to the revocation, termination, or cancellation of the Service Credits and/or your services without a refund, including potential immediate suspension or termination of your account.

dicehub GmbH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service use in alignment with the Agreement, including suspending or terminating your Service Credit balance, in accordance with applicable laws.

We may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on our website or by notifying you via the email linked to your account. The revised Terms take effect upon publication or, if emailed, as specified in the email. By accepting or using Service Credits after these changes take effect, you agree to adhere to the updated Terms.
